#NoDaysOff: you’ve likely seen this motivational phrase throughout social media – and it’s a motto that the nDash product and customer success teams live by. Some might call us workaholics, but the truth is that we absolutely love our customers, community, and product and want to make sure we’re providing the best experience to you and your team! That’s where our latest product update comes into play.
We spent a lot of time in January listening to feedback from customers, fixing bugs, and testing into the wee hours of the morning. Here’s what came of our efforts.
Made Several Pro Features Available on the Free Tier
Every brand on nDash will now have access to:
- Content Calendar
- Content Sources (previously called Content Feeds)
- Integrations with HubSpot, WordPress, Medium, Dropbox, and Google Drive
- And see which writers have been verified
While these features are popular with users, we realized that most brands upgraded to the Pro tier for lower assignment fees, longer approval times, multiple groups, and the ability to add in-house writers. This leads to our next big initiative.
Introduced a 30-Day Free Trial of Pro Plan
If you’re interested in saving money – i.e. dropping commissions from 25% to 15% – you’re now able to trial this plan FREE for 30 days. Just click “upgrade for free” on the top right corner of your dashboard.
Simplified User Roles
Instead of having two different roles for brand users – editor and administrator – we’ve placed all functionalities under “editor,” making it easier for you and your company to add more members to your company account. Just click “group settings” and add away (we don’t charge per user!).
Updated Agency Feature: Adding Yourself to Groups
Made it easier than ever now for members of an agency to add themselves to newly created client groups. No more hassle of waiting for an invite from a team member, AND now your billing department can see exactly what has been paid for.
Writers Can Now Ask Clients for Recommendations
Writers are able to ask previous clients (both on and off nDash) to leave a review. This helps not only the writers secure more work, but highlights which writers are the best ones for you to work with.
Easy Access to Company Profile Information for In-House Writers
Made it a LOT easier for in-house writers to access the profile of the company they’re working for. This way, both your in-house and freelance writing teams are able to easily see your current marketing goals and pitch your new content ideas.
And We Fixed a Few Bugs Relating To:
- Switching groups
- Calendar dates
- Notification counters on the writer’s side
- Changed the login and sign-up process to require less personal information
- Public writer profile
- Writer search algorithm changed for an easier user experience
- Writer recommendations
- AI-Powered content brief
